Ron is a great guy. I was impressed with how many years a majority of the sales team has been part of Long Cadillac. That typically means that they take care of their employees. They were quick with all aspects of the experience.
My windshield wipers stopped working in the middle of a bad rainstorm. When I got home (my husband called the dealership - not sure if that night or the next morning). They told him to come down between 8 and 9:30 a.m. He did and was very surprised and happy to be taken care of that morning. Wipers are fixed and another happy Cadillac owner!!
Aways made to feel welcome. I am a repeat customer of Long's as not only the sales people make you feel welcome so does the service department. The car is always serviced promptly as one is informed.
The customer waiting area is always clean and with refreshments if one chooses to partake.
