I brought my car in 2 weeks prior for the same issue. Car wouldn't start and I was stranded. I was told itwas fine. No problem. No battery issue. It happened 2 weeks later and again I was stranded. Had to be towed. No loaner cars available. Stranded. The only good thing was that service was able to replace the battery that day
Everything went fine. Forgot my FastPass in the loaner but got a call right after I left to alert me so I turned around right away which was very helpful instead of me finding out later since I live a ways away.
Not a big deal, but the oil life was not reset to 100% after the change so I did it myself at home.
The purchase I made passed the reasonableness test with respect to purchase price and was fortified by the courteous and friendly assistance of Jim Golden who spent as much time as needed to explain the attributes and functions of the vehicles many accessories.
