You are entitled to a full explanation of all findings, diagnoses and recommendations. A complete estimate will be provided to you up-front. Upon delivery of your vehicle, you will be provided with a comprehensive list of all work performed, including a breakdown of all costs.
FULL CONSENT.
At Long Automotive, we will never proceed with any maintenance or repair work without your prior consent. We encourage you to ask questions and want you to fully understand your vehicle and our recommendations for maintenance and repair.

WARRANTY OF SERVICE.
All repairs performed on your vehicle by Long Automotive are guaranteed at least one year or 12,000 miles, parts and labor.*
WHITE GLOVE TREATMENT.
You will always receive your vehicle back in better condition than when it was brought to us. Every vehicle we service, no matter the nature of the visit, will be handled with white glove care and each service visit is completed with a complimentary wash and vacuum.
OPEN COMMUNICATION.
We will set clear parameters of when you can expect your vehicle to be ready. And, a service advisor will always be available for questions or to discuss your repair work. We will also promptly communicate to you any unexpected changes or delays.
GUARANTEE OF WORK.
Should you experience any problems with your vehicle after your repair, please call your service advisor promptly. If the issue is a result of the service provided, we will correct the repair and return the vehicle to you with our sincere apology for any inconvenience it may have caused.
