I was immediately greeted by my name when I entered the dealership. Although the person greeting me was not my sales person, I was very impressed that they knew exactly who I was. At one point, the sales manager not only greeted me by my name, but he offered me a beverage. As I waited for my registration, I overheard another customer greeted by his name. It is very impressive that the staff at Long Cadillac takes the time to make every customer's experience a personal one! This is my 2nd vehicle with them and I plan on going back in a couple of years.
