They are always great @ Long, Thom & Ron always takes the time out of their busy day to talk to you on many interesting subjects from life to cars. Thom has one of the nicest Truck I've seen, we also share love for cars (The new Corvette's are just crazy)...old & new. Ron keeps me updated on whats new in the Cadillac world i.e. XT4, XT5 & XT6. The service dept is always willing to bend over backwards to help you out. The dealership is always clean. I have gotten 3 Cadillac's from long & looking forward to my 4TH when the new 2021's come out.
Felt a little railroaded. I went in for my regular maintenance and an inspection sticker near the end of the month. My car only has about 28000 miles on it. I purchased it brand new from Long Cadillac a few years ago, and I have followed the maintenance schedule with regular tire rotation, and yet I was told that in order to pass my inspection I needed to pay $1200 for 4 new tires(and was given no real evidence of that). I was not offered any discount pricing for customer loyalty or any kind of other offer. Felt like I was being taken advantage of, being the end of the year and maybe service needed to reach some kind of year end revenue quota, and they knew that within a few business days, I would be driving with an expired sticker. It was hard to fork over 1200 bucks unexpectedly 2 days before Christmas. A few days later I received coupons from GM for a tire price match guarantee. How but discounting my 1200 for me to take the sting out of my last visit? Not really considering buying GM in the future at this point.
