I was at the dealer to have an oil change and tires rotated. My XT4 was taken promptly and while I sat in the clean waiting area, the tech not only did the oil change and rotated the tires he double-checked to see if there was anything else needed to be done (he found a couple of recalls and performed them).

Had a brake squeak, service told me there was a GM Bulletin and to bring it right in. The parts were in stock and it was repaired very quickly. Great experience - as always! I don't go anywhere else for service.
Got in right away no wait, was told about a couple features I had on my warranty etc. that they performed as well as what I was in for. Waiting area had food TV's tables. I was even able to sneak to a side room and take a work conference call!
