We very much appreciate you have chosen to be part of the Long family. At Long Cadillac we strive for your complete satisfaction while placing health and safety above all else. This goes for both our guests and our employees. In response to the concerns of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are diligently working to help protect our team & our guests.

Effective immediately, Long Cadillac will be adjusting our Service and Parts Departments hours to close at 4:00pm through Friday, March 27, 2020. Beginning Saturday, March 28, 2020 Service and Parts will be closed until further notice. If you need assistance, please leave a message for service via 508-683-1150, contact your service advisor directly, or email Andrew Parker, Service Manager, at aparker@longauto.com.

Our Showroom and Sales Department are currently closed to the general public. Online sales with remain open remotely through our Live Cadillac showroom and our Shop, Click, Drive process with our sales team working from home to get you all the resources you need. Deliveries will be made by appointment and customers can choose to meet at our dealership or schedule a home delivery. Dear Valued Long Customers,

We very much appreciate you have chosen to be part of the Long family. At Long Cadillac we strive for your complete satisfaction while placing health and safety above all else. This goes for both our guests and our employees. In response to the concerns of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are diligently working to help protect our team & our guests.

As of March 20th, Long Cadillac will be closing the Service and Parts Departments at 4:00pm Monday through Friday. We will also be suspending service and parts hours on Saturday. Our showroom hours will continue opening Monday through Saturday at 8:30. Respectively closing at 6:00pm during the week and 5:00pm on Saturdays.

Though customary to greet our guests with a smile and handshake we have asked our team to suspend physical contact and try to keep a safe distance in effort to increase safety for all.

We have asked our staff to regularly disinfect high traffic surfaces around the building and customer vehicles when they are completed.

We also will have increased availability of our concierge service. We will pick up your vehicle, leave a loaner vehicle for your use and return your vehicle after completion.
We plan to return to our regular business hours as soon as possible.

Dear valued customer,

I wanted to share with you steps we are taking to keep you safe and meet your needs during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The safety of our customers, staff and our community is our top priority.

We are following recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and state and local authorities in taking extra safety measures. We have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures on top of our already high standards. We are disinfecting high-traffic surfaces like countertops, handles, and bathrooms with greater frequency. Our hand sanitation stations remain available for customer and staff use. Our service technician are equipped with nitrile gloves to be worn while performing maintenance on all customer vehicles. Out of an abundance of caution, we also are temporarily discontinuing our shuttle service.

We have provided new health protocols and information for our staff. We’re reminding sick staff to stay home and encourage our customers to do the same if they are feeling unwell. All staff have been asked to refrain from handshakes with fellow associates and customers.

Our goal is to continue providing outstanding service to you and are remaining open with adjusted hours closing at 6pm Monday-Friday, Saturday hours remain the same. We will continue to work hard to deliver on this commitment in the days ahead and ask for your patience and cooperation as we continue to monitor the situation closely.
