I go to Long because I want GM parts installed in my car. I want trained professionals to work on my car. I get this at Long. I pay extra for that.
I don't like the wait. I had a key fob replaced and programmed. I had to wait over a hour for that to be completed.
I paid $305 for that service to be completed. I feel that charge is excessive.
I will continue to go elsewhere for service that is not particularly technical because of the extra cost at Long.
